Wine Distributor Administrator

Job Description: Assist the Pricing Manager and Office Manager in various duties. Timeliness is essential. Duties include but are not limited to: confirm Purchase Orders, manage pricing for specific chains
Responsibilities
Ensure assigned retailers have monthly pricing with their required lead time.
Send new items, UPC changes, price revisions
Send new item forms for resets
Communicate with retailer any issues that arise, send necessary paperwork
Retail contract maintenance
Process purchase orders for retail accounts
Position Requirements
Physical Demands:
Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Time management skills.
Ability to work to and meet deadlines.
Intermediate level or higher in Excel skills.
Organizational skills.
Microsoft Word and Outlook proficiency.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Candidate Requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills, including e-mail and attachments.
Ability to work with numbers accurately.
Ability to recognize errors in pricing computations.
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to prioritize jobs.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment (copier).
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping..
