This individual will possess excellent communication & customer service skills and maintain a professional image.Come join an award winning dealership!Responsibilities:Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient mannerInforms customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product lineAnswers phone calls, providing price quotes and other informationReviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimatePulls and fills orders from stockNotifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attentionLocates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessaryNotifies all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been receivedPulls orders for delivery to body shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job numberFollows up on back-ordered parts and replenishes assigned inventory dailyVerifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or requiredAssists outside sales representatives with their orderMakes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orderRequirements:Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanorDiligent & conscientiousAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environmentWilling and able to pass a drug and background testValid Drivers LicenseBenefits:Health insurance at group rateDentalLife Insurance401k with matchOpportunity for growth, typically promote from withinPaid training- mentorship Benefits of working as a Wholesale Manager in Charlotte, NC:
