Our client is a manufacturer that specializes in commercial and consumer stainless steel/metal products. They are seeking welders for multiple shifts.

Welder Job Description:
Under the direction of the Group Leader, the Welder performs TIG welding to assemble stainless steel products ensuring the highest possible quality while meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements - as well as company performance standards.
Welder Responsibilities:
* Using open table layout, perform TIG welding of products and other subassemblies.
* Have a strong background in reading blueprints and drawings.
* Have the ability to perform a layout of components to produce a quality product according to procedures while meeting specifications.
* Must communicate effectively with fellow team members as well as the Engineering group.
* Must be familiar with the use of basic machinery and hand tools i.e. cutting tubes to length, drill and tapping.
* Perform all grinding, buffing and polishing operations to bring products into specifications.
* Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
* Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
* Assist with assembly operations in other areas as needed.
Welder Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED equivalent
* 3-5 years related experience
* Must be able to operate pneumatic and power tools, welding equipment, polishers, buffers, and lift equipment.
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Must be able to successfully pass forklift certification.
