Responsibilities
• Weld various parts in different materials• Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure quality• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings• Grinding, sanding, and cutting as required• Blend welds to meet requirements• Adhere to lean manufacturing and safety programs• Work on various projects with operations and weld engineering• Fit up parts before welding• Perform general welding and shop duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED required• Certification or degree in welding desired• 1-3 years welding experience preferred• Education focused on welding will also be considered
