Client Site Industry and Highlights A leading pharmaceutical company has an exceptional opportunity for a Production Weigh and Blender role. This position involves assisting in the blending and weighing of raw materials, requiring a keen eye for detail and adherence to strict quality standards.
Job Title: Production Weigh and Blender
Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Production Support: Assist in the precise weighing and blending of raw materials according to specified formulas and guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of weighing and blending equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of materials used and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet specified quality standards through regular monitoring and testing.
- Documentation: Keep detailed logs and reports of all production activities and equipment maintenance.
Safety & Regulation: - Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including GMP,HACCP, and FDA Standards.
- Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety and quality standards.
- Inspection: Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and processes are in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Job Requirements: - Experience with Electric Pallet Jacks
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new mechanical skills
- Physical capability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or industrial setting is a plus
