We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our Wedding and Events team as a Captain, Coordinator, Sales Administrator (CCSA). This role is the ideal starting point for those looking to build a career in wedding sales and coordination, offering comprehensive training in the "Wedgwood Way" of creating beautiful and memorable ceremonies and receptions.
As a CCSA, you will gain hands-on experience in event management, sales, and coordination, learning the ins and outs of our operations. Your role will involve a blend of reception management, wedding coordination, and administrative duties, providing a well-rounded introduction to the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for weddings, events, and hospitality, combined with strong computer skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of each event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of weddings and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales and coordination.
- Ensure that events run smoothly and according to plan.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Participate in the setup and teardown of events.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
