Job summary
Separk Mansion is seeking a Wedding Event Director to join their team.Event Directors are responsible for managing the wedding experience for client couples.Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of full-time wedding planning experience.

Responsibilities
• Sell, plan, and lead wedding events.• Coordinate the wedding 'Day Of' for couples.• Assist with the management of venue operations.• Foster strong relationships with couples and team members.• Mentor junior staff in a team environment.• Achieve sales goals.• Walk couples through the wedding planning process.• Manage staff in a team environment.• Work weekends and evenings as needed.• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years full-time wedding planning or event planning experience.• Experience managing staff in a team environment.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Willingness to do 'whatever it takes' to get the job done.• Ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and evenings.• College degree or current affiliation with an accredited academic institution preferred.• Strong computer skills required.• Experience with All Seated and event/planning management applications a plus.• Social Media Mastery required.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Work location is in person.
