Summary:
We are seeking a Web Development and Optimization Specialist to maintain, design, and optimize our websites, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and provide the highest quality functionality, design, and user experience. The role involves coordinating, designing, developing, and maintaining existing and new websites, including routine updates and content management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain and update our websites daily, ensuring accuracy and consistency of content and performing daily maintenance.
? Manage existing websites and web-based applications to create a seamless user experience.
? Coordinate with programmers to install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.
? Ensure website security.
? Develop and manage website content, design, and layout.
? Work closely with the marketing team to align website initiatives with business objectives.
? Recommend developments to enhance website performance and functionality.
? Research and implement web technology to improve existing capabilities or create new web presence or application recommendations.
? Configure and maintain web analytics accounts to improve key performance metrics.
? Generate and share reports with useful metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
? Develop articles, content, and microsites to optimize websites.
? Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities to optimize content and improve organic search rankings.
? Implement SEO strategies within and outside websites to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
? Monitor SEO and SEM performance through analysis, making adjustments based on data.
? Recommend investment in SEM for websites.
? Manage and transfer all quotation requests received through websites.
? Support the marketing department with requested tasks.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
? Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages (grammar, conversational, comprehension).
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and customer service.
? Proficiency in computer programs and/or applications such as CDK, MS Office.
? Knowledge of Mailchimp, WordPress, SAP, CRM, and custom content management systems.
? Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
? Strong writing skills.
? Proficiency in Illustrator and Canvas programs.
? Ability to create graphic design and visual elements.
