Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will work remotely from home and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues.2. Utilize resources and knowledge to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.4. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure consistent and effective communication.5. Document customer interactions and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and resourceful personality traits.3. Strong emotional intelligence and time management skills.4. Excellent written communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.6. Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools.7. Fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus.
