Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Web Chat Specialist to join our team at CVS Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through our web chat platform to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring a high level of service- Utilize resources and tools to effectively assist customers and meet their needs- Collaborate with other team members to address customer inquiries and escalations- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Independent and resourceful with the ability to work well in a virtual team environment- Strong cooperation and decision-making skills- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer proficiency and experience with web chat platforms preferred
