Web Chat Representative - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Representative for Texas Instruments, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in New York City, New York.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a professional and timely manner.2. Utilize resources and product knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4.
