Web Chat Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team at Oneok. This is a full-time position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through online chat- Provide accurate information about products and services- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using chat platforms and other online tools- High school diploma or equivalent
