Job Description:

Cummins is seeking a dedicated and passionate Web Chat Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Uphold company values and policies in all interactions with customers- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service role- Independent and passionate personality traits- Adaptability and cooperation as soft skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
