Web Chat Representative

Harman International Industries is seeking a motivated and confident Web Chat Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and leadership skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide a high level of customer service

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and using web chat software- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
