Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

EMC is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and technical support4. Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer solutions5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while handling challenging situations7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment3. Proficiency in typing and computer software applications4. Hardworking attitude and passion for helping customers5. Teamwork and strategic planning skills6.
