Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Web Chat Officer to join our team at Charles Schwab. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Denver, Colorado, US. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues- Utilize chat scripts and resources to effectively assist customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and provide ongoing support- Monitor chat queues and respond to customers in a timely manner- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes related to financial services

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate cooperation- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Proficiency with computer and online chat platforms- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
