Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Officer will be responsible for managing online conversations with customers, providing information on events, assisting with ticket purchases, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information on upcoming events, ticket availability, and venue details- Assist customers with ticket purchases, including processing payments and confirming orders- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or web chat support is preferred- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Experience with people management and conflict resolution is a plus
