Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Unity Technologies is seeking a motivated and passionate Web Chat Manager to work from home in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all web chat activities, including monitoring chat sessions, ensuring timely responses, and resolving customer issues.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat performance, customer satisfaction, and overall user experience.3. Train and mentor a team of chat agents to provide excellent customer service and achieve performance goals.4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat functionality with other customer support channels and systems.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to web chat management and customer service.

Requirements:1. 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field.2. Proven track record of successfully managing web chat operations and improving key performance indicators.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.4. Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions and drive continuous improvement.5. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
