Job Description:Accenture is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of web chat representatives to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience through web chat interactions- Monitor web chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management- Train and mentor web chat representatives to improve their communication and problem-solving skills- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web chat customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- Proven experience in managing web chat operations and customer service teams- Excellent negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Proficiency in CRM software and web chat platforms
