Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team at AIG in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platform.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, policy information, and general questions.3. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with team members to create solutions and improve processes.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Meet and exceed departmental goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:1. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.2. Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.3. Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers.4. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms.
