Job Description:
Collibra is seeking a passionate and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, interacting with customers to answer questions, solve problems, and provide information about our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly and creatively to provide solutions to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide guidance, assistance, and support- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints effectively- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Technical proficiency with web chat platforms and CRM systems- Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
