As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our brand standards.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.- Use problem-solving skills to quickly address customer concerns and provide solutions.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.- Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude.- Presentation skills and creativity are essential.
