Job Description:
Celgene is currently looking for a Web Chat Assistant to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through chat platforms, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through the company's products and services.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide timely and accurate information2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order management3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns4. Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide effective support5. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates6. Ensure data accuracy and update customer records in the company's systems7. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements
Requirements:1. Independent and confident personality traits to effectively communicate with customers2. Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions to customer issues3. Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in typing4. Proven experience in customer service or a related field5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision6. High school diploma or equivalent required7. Proficiency in using chat platforms and basic knowledge of CRM systems8. Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
