Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

T-Mobile is looking for a dedicated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting T-Mobile products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team- Promote T-Mobile products and services to increase customer engagement and sales- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Research solutions to customer problems and provide creative solutions

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Strong research and creativity skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
