Job Description:

Synnex is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat communication.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.3. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately.2. Experience in a customer service or web chat role.3. Reliable and resourceful personality traits.4. Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.5. Presentation skills for conveying information clearly and effectively.
