Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at AIG in San Antonio, Texas. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat- Provide information on products and services- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Critical thinking abilities- Attention to detail- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks- Basic computer skills- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
