Time Warner is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, account inquiries, and issue resolution.3. Monitor chat queues and prioritize inquiries based on urgency and complexity.4. Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues to achieve customer satisfaction.5. Update customer accounts with accurate information and maintain detailed records of interactions.6. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:1. Demonstrated experience in customer service or a similar role.2. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with customers.5. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software.
