Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Perform research to address customer questions or concerns, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of customer service
