• Assisting in administrative duties for the Wealth Management team• Assembling required documentation for onboarding of new accounts• Preparing client reports and materials• Researching estate settlement items• Assisting in various projects within the department
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Political Science or related program• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook• Ability to learn and utilize company specific programs• Proficient in basic math, calculating, and grammar skills• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Detail-oriented with high sensitivity to accuracy• Comfortable dealing with people and customer service-oriented
