Background Requirements: Bachelors in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water/wastewater and/or land development 4 years of practical experience in design of water and wastewater systems. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies.
