Responsibilities
• Accurately documenting and record keeping of water sampling, testing, and readings• Observing safe working practices and safety rules and regulations• Calibrating laboratory equipment and adjusting chemical feeders• Maintaining operations logs, daily diaries, and chemical inventories• Reading, calculating, and recording water usage• Monitoring and controlling well field production• Maintaining pressure and flow levels in distribution water• Operating in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures• Undergoing background check and driving record check• Living within a 60 mile radius of Jal, NM
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a water treatment role• Knowledge of water treatment processes• Knowledge of handling and application of chemicals for safe water supply• Ability to read gauges and record results• Knowledge of water treatment plant operations and equipment• Willingness to undergo background check and driving record check• Must pass DOT drug screening/physical• Must live within a 60 mile radius of Jal, NM
