Job summary
Dewberry is seeking a motivated Water Resources EngineerPosition offers potential for professional growth and innovative design methodsProjects involve stormwater management, stream restoration, dam safety, etc.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Conduct watershed and storm water management planning and design• Perform roadway drainage design and culvert hydraulic analysis• Perform floodplain studies and prepare FEMA LOMC applications• Act as a technical mentor to entry-level engineers• Ability to work under AutoCAD and ArcGIS platforms• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering• Professional Engineer license preferred• Minimum of 8 years water resources engineering experience• Experience in watershed and storm water management• Understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software• AutoCAD and ArcGIS experience
