Responsibilities
• Prepare jobs and provide precision demolition for the removal of structural water damage• Work with a team to ensure clients can come home to a safe living space• Implement continual training for the team• Cultivate an open atmosphere for shared success
Requirements
• 1 year of water mitigation experience• Knowledge about basic technology• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record• Previous experience in construction is a plus• Self-starter with high integrity and ambition• Excellent organization and time management skills• Natural-born leader• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Active listener
