Summary Oversees the daily functions in the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure the continued flow of product to include inspecting the equipment and making the appropriate adjustments to maintain, diagnose, and make the chemical changes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Monitors control panels and wastewater equipment and making the appropriate adjustments to valves to regulate flow of product. Maintains log of operations and records meter and gauge readings. Always wearing the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as assigned in your work area. Follow USDA regulatory compliance, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF program for product performance and safety.
Requirements Education and/or Experience  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee maybe exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee maybe exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
