Warranty Coordinator-After Hours Job Summary:
Oversee the completion of warranty claims as related to a specific assigned region / builder in an after hours capacity. Prior dispatch or warranty experience preferred.
Essential duties and job functions: Scheduling warranty appointments Dispatching service providers Obtaining service providers Taking phone calls Answering emails Checking ITK or builder software for warranty related items Approving invoices Make sure appropriate back charges are sent to accounting Ordering parts needed for warranties Tracking down parts Delivering parts Creating/updating tickets Getting updates from service providers/KMS employees Communicating with builders, property managers, superintendents, and project managers. Updating various reports Competencies: examples listed below
Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of iPhone and iPad Self-starter Quick learner Flexible Able to prioritize Organization skills Hours: Some remote flexibility is possible. The individual will be responsible for handling emergency calls through the overnight hours until 8am each morning.
