Warranty Administrator

Findlay Toyota is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our high volume service department. Findlay Automotive is one of the largest and fastest growing automotive groups in the Southwestern US and we are looking to add top-tier talent to a team that offers growth and advancement and recognizes hard work!Responsibilities:Properly code warranty repair orders with all possible labor operations.Verify all documentation, punch times, technician notes, etc. are present and accurate in accordance with Toyota warranty requirements.Input warranty claims through Dealer Daily.Close manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, pre-paid and complimentary maintenance repair orders.Facilitate the constant goal of closing repair orders as soon as possible.Maintain current knowledge of warranty policies and procedures, unique guidelines and recalls.Monitor long-term warranty rental car contracts and process warranty rental claims.Manage the warranty accounting schedule and balance it weekly.Follow aging repair orders and proactively gather what is necessary to close them.Collaborate with service management, parts management, technicians, foremen, and service writers daily.Communicate with Toyota corporate representatives to resolve claim complications.Identify opportunities to improve and/or speed up the warranty claims process and make recommendations to management.Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all departments and co-workers.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience as a Warranty Administrator.Experience with the Toyota brand preferred.Proficient knowledge of CDK preferred.Benefits:Positive and productive work environmentCompetitive pay and schedulePaid vacations and holidaysMedical, Dental and Vision insurance* 401K*
