Responsibilities: Strike the balance between the needs of the customer and warranty policies, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Provide professional warranty support for our customers over the phone and in written communications. Address potentially negative customer warranty concerns professionally and positively. Process transactions by warranty policy in electronic and written formats. Occasionally use standard accounting transactions such as journal entries, general ledger, customer accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Maintain key records such as electronic databases and hard copy files. Understand key product differences and maintain knowledge of the business product.
