Responsibilities
• Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup• Maintaining the ability to determine the status of an order at any given time• Following any special instructions pertaining to an individual order• Receiving shipments, logging inventory, maintaining inventory through audits• Processing returns accurately• Maintaining proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies• Upholding highest safety standards and complying with all legal and company safety policies• Identifying safety issues and problems, detects hazardous working conditions and safety problems• Taking corrective action, reporting or correcting unsafe working conditions, improving safety procedures• Understanding the need for continued work-related education and applying skills or knowledge from educational opportunities• Contributing to team success, planning and organizing, building trust, and partnerships with customer focus• Establishing goals in line with company goals and values, implementing action plans with timelines• Building relationships, learning the value of relationships as a critical success tool• Participating in meetings, clarifying the situation, and understanding communication from others• Establishing work standards to achieve positional goals with a high level of quality, productivity, or service• Accepting accountability and taking responsibility for successful completion of job responsibilities• Following procedures, taking action to correct quality problems, and notifying others of quality issues• Performing other duties as assigned and adhering to rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook
