Position Overview and Responsibilities As a Warehouse Support Coordinator at Explore Industries, you'll be responsible for executing all back-office activities to support warehouse operations, including ERP transactions, shipment scheduling, and inventory management. This role ensures the accurate receipt and dispatch of goods, prepares shipping documentation, all while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and security policies. The Warehouse Support Coordinator will need to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, perform inventory counts, and resolves discrepancies to maintain operational efficiency.
Location: This onsite position is at our Corporate and Manufacturing Island Campus in Knoxville, TN.
Warehouse Support Coordinator Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred Intermediate computer and database skills Ability to read and update packing or picking slips, reports, and business correspondence. Good verbal and written communication skills Organizational, detailed oriented, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Warehouse Support Coordinator Preferred Additional Skills Experience working in warehouse or logistics experience in manufacturing. Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks; forklift certification.
