About the role Join our Manufacturing team in Greenville, where you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the warehouse, adopting a hands-on approach and leading the team to support an environment of employee engagement, and productivity.
Supervising team workflow to optimize labor usage and meet daily workload targets. Support your team as a working supervisor, actively participating in picking, packing, shipping, and production activities. Plan and communicate a daily work to list (WTL) effectively, ensuring tasks are completed on time and operations run smoothly. Performing starting checks on operational equipment to ensure readiness. Analyze the WTL and produce end-of-day (EOD) results reports for daily management review. Managing inventory and overseeing stock transfers and vendor shipments. Perform audits to monitor the quality of employee work and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide hands-on daily leadership, driving change initiatives for processes, programs, and employee development. Lead the training and development of new employees and provide continuous learning opportunities for the existing team. Ensure employees understand and comply with safety regulations according to OSHA and company policies. Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality and productivity. Collaborate closely with vendors and the UK team for equipment maintenance, raw materials, and supply chain duties. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, including partners in the UK. Partner with Logistics, Sales, Support, and Supply Chain teams to monitor and improve processes. Assist the VP of Business Operations in performance management, including tracking attendance, behaviors, and timesheet approval, and provide employee performance feedback. Participate in other projects and initiatives as directed. What are we looking for? Experience in a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with processes, requirements, and strategies.
