Warehouse Specialist

Objective: Organization, planning and control of the flow of materials and products within the warehouse from receipt to shipping. Reporting of daily activity to the Operations Manager and aide in inventory management.
Roles and Responsibilities: Tracking progress and providing constructive feedback as you achieve goals. Aide in training new associates Preparing documents for operators for picking and consolidation and helping to create the correct flow. Planning the warehouse process based on customer orders and sales forecasts. Monitoring and analysing the correctness of postings in SAP . Regular monitoring and reporting of key indicators for the organization. Reporting daily and monthly indicators Stock control, monitoring and checking customer complaints. Compliance with applicable procedures while performing their duties. Supporting the packaging process, picking, put away and receipt or material. Carrying out superior's directions. Able to adjust plan to accommodate the daily ebbs and flows of priority needs. Responsible for communicating daily goals and progress to leadership along with reporting/updating information boards daily. Email management (Monitor emails throughout the shift and respond where applicable) Participate in the annual stock inventory. Attendance in the daily update meetings to review and discuss the previous day and upcoming events when the Supervisor is unavailable.
