Job Description Summary of Position The Warehouse Packer is responsible for preparing customers' solar panel orders to be shipped.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Palletize, wrap and strap customer orders and prepare for shipment. Operate pallet jacks to move panels to correct staging areas Clean and prepare workstation and machines. Scan items or manually update inventory system. Occasionally operate forklift. Complete other tasks as required and/or directed. Maintain compliance with established standard work instructions. Qualifications Skills Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, ability to distinguish between colors. Problem solving ability. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English. Traits Commitment to continuous learning Ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent attention to detail. Team and customer oriented. Ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds and team lift objects approximately 60 pounds. Able to stand, walk and work on feet for 8+ hours.
