Pay rate: $75k+ DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-6:00pm
Direct hire role. Note: Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
What's a typical day as a Warehouse Manager? You'll be: • Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maximizing Amazon FBA strategy and ensuring logistics operations support growth targets and customer service standards.
• Developing and implementing warehouse strategies for efficient management of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinating with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Implementing best practices in warehouse management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Managing relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon FBA representatives.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the warehouse team.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and distribution effectiveness.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Required to be able to converse in Mandarin.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experienced in warehouse management, with expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon FBA distributions.
• Possess strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and logistics software.
• Have excellent leadership and team management skills - this is a smaller team environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Are knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Have the ability to drive an electric forklift (preferred).
