Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory, analyze performance metrics, and improve operational processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.
Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
