This position will serve as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments that utilize sales samples. Identifies and resolves inventory related issues. Provides support to systems and procedures ensuring inventory is stored in an efficient and accurate manner.Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am - 2pmResponsibilities:Monitors the slotting efforts of all blank and finished good sample garmentsMonitors quality as being the last audit for any issuesPerforms constant re-slot efforts for changing items and changing seasonsContinually monitors quality and the samples process and troubleshoot when an issue arisesWorks with Sourcing department in sample receipt and approvalsWorks with Brand teams on a regular basis to clear out residual inventory and resolve issuesWorks with internal and external customers to ensure smooth workflow for samples including limited but not limited to: presenting information to the department lead or managementAble to meet identified deadlines and heavy work projectsSuggests and develops new ideas to streamline the sample processAble to read and interpret written informationMaintains Excel spreadsheets for inventory and email chain contacts for Sourcing and Brand for different lines and divisionsQualifications:High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredWarehouse experience preferred, but not required.Basic computer skillsTo qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa statusEOE/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledOnly applicants requiring reasonable accommodation for any part of the application and hiring process should contact us directly:Telephone: Email:
