Responsibilities: The Warehouse Coordinator acts as a support role to the plugging and abandonment program in PA, WV, & OH. They will be responsible for tracking and maintaining tools, equipment, and material throughout Diversified warehouses, yards, and plugging job sites.

Special focus to be placed on: Finish
Material handling and moving of physical inventory within plugging operations. Prepare items for pickup and delivery. Pick up and deliver items throughout operating footprint as necessary. Facilitate the ordering, receiving, verifying, and returning of tools, equipment, and materials to and from material suppliers and field operations. Work under minimal supervision and independently determine the tools, equipment, and materials needed to facilitate plugging operations. Participate in discussions with management to ensure proper material availability. Input relevant data into appropriate program to enable the tracking and purchasing process. Make recommendations on material usage based upon a working knowledge of plugging and natural gas industry materials and experience. Conduct and track frequent inspections of tools, equipment, and materials, identify issues regarding safe and efficient operations, and make timely recommendations to rectify any noted problems. Clean, maintain, and perform minor mechanical repairs on tools and equipment and keep maintenance records updated. Maintain open communication with management and field employees to coordinate tool, equipment, and material needs and schedules. Prioritize safety at all times. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on and off the job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all near misses, workplace injuries, accidents, or illness, regardless of the severity of the injury or accident. Check emails daily and comply with email requests as they are assigned. Perform any other duties as requested or assigned, including occasionally assisting with non-plugging or special projects per direction of management. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Class A CDL preferred Experience in plugging operations, gas and oil industry, or related experience preferred Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to contribute in a team environment and as an individual contributor Attention to detail Excellent analytical and organizational skills Willingness to travel and work out of town on a frequent basis Basic math skills Basic computer skills/proficiency Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: The individual must be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, FR clothing, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the work performed and location the work is being done. Walking, stepping, climbing, or otherwise moving from one location on the job site to another. Visually seeing driving operations well (either naturally or with corrective lenses). Standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and sitting. Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms wrists, hands and back in performance of work. Lifting 50lb objects or more occasionally. Adapting to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to sometimes adverse weather conditions.
