Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process, package, and ship orders accurately and timely. Loading packages onto delivery trucks. Receiving stock and unloading pallets from containers. Hand-picking sales orders, packaging shipments, and creating shipping labels and bills of lading. Inspect products for defects and damages. Process and report customer returns and communicate with customer service and management. Perform daily cycle counting and keeping inventory records up to date. Abide by all company safety and training requirements. Operating stock management tools including but not limited to forklifts. Keep warehouse clean and organized daily including restocking of locations. Other miscellaneous warehouse duties. Skills/Experience Required: Proven warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment. High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management. Strong team play with excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate at all levels. Demonstrated positive energy and ability to run projects. Exceptional work ethic, with an attitude that no job is too big or too small. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Reporting Software is a plus. Prompt and dependable. Qualifications: Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally during an 8-hour workday. Experience in operating a forklift is preferred but not required. Experience working for a med-tech or pharma company in California is a plus. Qualifications to obtain a DRIC license are required, including at least one year of paid work experience in the past three years in a licensed pharmacy, wholesaler, drug distributor, or drug manufacturer.
