Duties: Provides general administrative, clerical and support services to the clinical unit assignedEnsures optimal and safe patient care by supporting medical and nursing staffKeeps medical records and all patient care related documents secured and in compliance with state and federal regulationsGreet visitors and direct them to patient roomsPerforms receptionist dutiesRequirements:
At least one year with knowledge and experience in the following areas: medical terminology, multi-line phones, call light system, filing, ICD-10 knowledge and good phone etiquetteMust be able to work flexible schedule including 12 hour shiftsHave dependable transportation, driver's license and car insurancePatient care orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyExceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
