• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment• Strong multitasking ability• Good communication, customer service, and people skills• Professional, patient, and able to satisfy demanding customers• Experience working with a senior population preferred• Team player willing to help out as needed• Familiarity with food safety and preparation guidelines a plus• Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations• Reliable, caring, and gentle in actions and demeanor• Respectful of the elderly and remains calm at all times
