13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 32 hours guaranteed weekly The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. SNF Experience preferred Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration: Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of WA EMR System: Experience preferred
Shift: Monday-Friday, Days
Vaccination: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date. Please note in the submittal if vaccinated or requiring a medical or religious exemption
